Phi Sigma Tau

Phi Sigma Tau is a national honor society that recognizes outstanding philosophy students and fosters student research and publication efforts. The AL-GAMMA chapter was installed in 1994.

Membership is open to those students who have completed at least twelve hours of coursework in philosophy and who maintain a minimum philosophy GPA of 3.3 and a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.

Typically, inductions are conducted during both the fall and spring semesters; and the PST chapter meets several times each semester with planned philosophical and social opportunities.

Interested students should contact the chapter advisor.
